How it works

Terms & Policies:

Inexbee is offering MyLivio in a trial and free version of the service. Inexbee reserves the right to bring changes to the service and to its usage terms.


This service, web site and data processing mechanisms comply with requirements of CNIL Standard No.48. Any person wishing to: get access to, modify or delete information about her/him, should contact Inexbee by postal mail: 16, rue Gaillon. 75002 Paris, France.


Inexbee reserves the right to temporary or definitely suspend the service at any time, without any prior information nor compensation for registered users.


While MyLivio is in beta stage, the maximum length of one call is limited to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the call will be automatically terminated.


Every user can create one and only one MyLivio button and can receive up to 10 minutes of communication per week (Monday to Monday) on the phone number registered with MyLivio. When this limit is reached, any call through MyLivio to this number will be blocked, till the following Monday, when 10 minutes will be credited again on every account. Unused communication time is not transferred to the following week. Furthermore, a phone number must be linked to only one single button (1 button = 1 phone number).


Any improper usage of the MyLivio service will lead to an automatic suspension or deletion of the user’s account, without any prior information nor compensation


Inexbee won’t share any personal information, email address or phone number without the user’s consent.
